Perry K. Jeffries III is a Financial Strategist with over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, helping high-income earners, entrepreneurs, business owners, and real estate investors create asset-based income, reduce taxes, and buy back their time.

Perry is President of Diamond Equity Advisors and Founder of Cash Flow Unlocked, where he helps entrepreneurs build recurring income through his W.E.A.L.T.H.Y. Framework and Think Like the Bank methodology. He became work-optional before age 50 and, alongside his wife, Sara, built a seven-figure real estate portfolio by combining financial strategy with real estate investing. He has managed more than $80 million in client assets and serves as a fractional CFO and Mastery-Level Certified Profit First Professional.

A Certified John Maxwell Speaker and Coach, Perry has worked with organizations including Coca-Cola and Amazon. He earned a degree in Mathematics from Tennessee State University. Guided by his Six Fs philosophy—Faith, Family, Friends, Fitness, Fun, and Finance—Perry has appeared on Fox 28 Columbus, spoken for the Ohio Society of CPAs and the AICPA National Convention, and lives in New Albany, Ohio, with his wife, Sara, and their twin daughters, whom he enjoys coaching in basketball.
